If you’re navigating a high-stress week, have some questions for your Registered Dietitian, going through a heavy training block, hectic travel schedule, or simply need a little guidance, this is a perfect option.


Quick check-ins are great for:

  • Troubleshooting a specific challenge

  • Pre-competition or pre-travel planning

  • Reviewing a symptom log or daily routine
