Meet Your Guide:
Hi, I’m Sky—a Registered Dietitian, mountain athlete, and founder of Sky’s Rooted Nutrition. I help athletic women fuel their bodies with evidence-based strategies and deep rooted respect for the function of their bodies by combining my clinical experience as an eating disorder informed Registered Dietitian with my practical experience as a competitive recreational endurance athlete myself. This isn’t just about food. It’s about freedom, strength, and showing up for your body like it’s your fiercest teammate, not another project that needs “fixed” or “solved".
